  2. In-house design definitely works…but lately i realized that there are a lot of outsourced design companies who provide you with onsite designers at a month on month retainer cost. Only extra cost which needs to be paid is the material cost and the designers are so efficient that they will work on all the creative requests sent by any department in the company. So ideally if they work freelance on project on project basis they will earn 10 times than what they earn now. You find a lot of cheap outsourced designers in fortune 500 companies who are very good at their work…the only thing they lack is the marketing skills. They should really learn how to market their own work. Well i’m helping some of them get freelance work just for the goodwill sake…somehow i think i like helping people who are talented

    Canon Powershot G11 dead pixels? I am not too positive if it is what you call dead pixels, but about the LCD display, you will find tiny black dots. I realize it’s not dust or dirt about the lens, since it appears in photos I’ve taken ahead of I had this issue. There are about three or four black dots about the LCD screen, and they are not too near to every single other. I purchased my digital camera in September. Should I deliver it in to Canon to have it fixed?
